Google Set to Unveil Pixel 10 Series and More at August 20 Event
Google is gearing up for its next Made by Google event on August 20, where it will showcase its latest hardware, including the highly anticipated Pixel 10 lineup. After focusing heavily on AI advancements at Google I/O 2025, the company is now shifting attention to its next-generation devices.
Pixel 10 Series: Design, Specs, and Pricing
The Pixel 10 family will include four models: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Leaked renders confirm Google is sticking with the design language introduced with the Pixel 9, featuring a pill-shaped camera bump and flat display. However, the new models will be slightly thicker and heavier, with refined details like how the flat sides meet the back panel.
Color options for the Pixel 10 include Frost (royal blue), Lemongrass (yellow), Indigo (light purple), and Obsidian (dark gray). The Pro and Pro XL models will come in Obsidian, Porcelain (off-white), Moonstone (bluish gray), and Jade (light green). The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected in Moonstone and Jade.
Camera upgrades are a major highlight. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will feature a 50MP wide, 48MP ultrawide, 48MP telephoto, and 48MP selfie cameras. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold may include a 50MP main camera with 12MP ultrawide and telephoto lenses. All models will run on the new Tensor G5 chip, built on a 3nm process for better efficiency and AI performance.

Pixel Watch 4: Smarter and More Efficient
The Pixel Watch 4 will build on the success of its predecessor with a slightly thicker design, smaller bezels, and a brighter display. It will be available in 41mm and 45mm sizes, with new color options including Moonstone to match the Pixel 10.
A larger battery and new wireless charging system will improve battery life and charging speeds. The watch will run Wear OS 6, featuring built-in Gemini AI support and exclusive fitness tracking features through Fitbit Premium.
Pixel Buds 2a: Affordable Wireless Audio
Google is expected to introduce the Pixel Buds 2a, a budget-friendly alternative to the Pixel Buds Pro 2. While details are scarce, the new earbuds will likely skip premium features like active noise cancellation but come in fresh colors matching the Pixel 10 lineup.
Pixelsnap: Google’s Answer to MagSafe
The Pixel 10 series may introduce Pixelsnap, Google’s take on magnetic Qi2 wireless charging. Leaked images show a magnetic charging puck similar to Apple’s MagSafe, hinting at faster wireless charging and a range of compatible accessories.
Gemini AI and Software Features
Gemini will play a central role in the Pixel 10’s software experience, with exclusive AI-driven features likely to be unveiled at the event. Google’s Pixel Drops have already introduced several Gemini enhancements, and more are expected with the new lineup.
